How the Keep America Trucking Bonus Program Works
ALL Knight OTR Driving Associates who qualify for the Monthly Production & Safety Bonus are eligible for the Keep America Trucking Bonus. In order to qualify for the for the Keep America Bonus, you must be hired on or before October 31st, 2021 and be employed with no gaps of employment through March 31st, 2022 and drive at least 70,000 dispatched miles during the 12 month bonus period.
Any Monthly Production & Safety Bonus earned during the 9 months from July 2021 through March 2022 will continue to be paid on a monthly basis. In this new program, Knight will add up the Monthly Production &
Safety Bonuses you earned during this 12 month period and match this total if you meet the eligibility criteria above.
Example: If your total Monthly Production & Safety Bonus for the 9 month period was $4,000, you would be paid an additional $4,000 in April 2022 resulting in a total Monthly Production & Safety Bonus and
Reopen America Bonus of $8,000 for the year!

Keep America Trucking Bonus Program FAQ
This Bonus is intended for:
- Drivers who earn the Monthly Production and/or Safety Bonus.
- Drivers employed as a Knight Driving Associate (Company Driver)
for the entire bonus period (July 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022). - Drivers employed at the time of payout, which is scheduled for April 2022.
