Join our fastest growing dedicated fleet. Flatbed drivers have consistent pay, miles, and home time. Paid training for drivers with no experience. We love to promote from within if you want to come off the road and work in dispatch, customer service, etc...- .48/cpm Starting Pay
- $1,100/weekly Average pay
- $35 Tarp pay
- $15 Stop pay
- $6,000 transition bonus
- $1,500 after completing the first load
- $3,000 after 30 days
- $1,500 after 60 days
- $1500 referral bonus
- No Previous Flatbed Experience Required- will pay for training
- 2,800 + Miles/Week
- Get home every 7-10 days
- Southeast Regional and I-95 lanes
Qualifications
- 1 year of OTR experience within the last 5 years or 6 months of OTR experience within the last year.
- Valid CDL Class A

TRU Pay, short for Transparent Reliable Understandable Pay, is not a raise but rather a new pay band structure that gives drivers who are on our sliding mileage pay scale pay increases that are based on individual production.

Knight’s Monthly Bonus Program allows drivers to receive their bonus on a monthly basis instead of quarterly. Bonuses are earned through production and safety.
